We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or due to unusually high order volumes.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the products in your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.


Multiple Shipments

As we work with multiple fulfillment partners, items ordered together may arrive in separate packages.

If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.


Delays

Although we work hard to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • severe weather
  • carrier delays
  • customs inspections
  • public holidays
  • high shipping volumes

We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply if the order must be reshipped.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to locate your shipment.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the damaged product
  • photos of the shipping packaging

We will work quickly to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Customs & Duties

Orders shipped within the United States are generally not subject to import duties or customs fees.

Should additional fees unexpectedly arise, customers are responsible only where required by applicable law.
